Registration
Our secure, on-line registration system automatically processes all incoming registrations and sends out a conference confirmation to each registrant. It prepares name badges for all pre-registered attendees. It provides a statement of charges for conference attendees. It does on-line surveys and organizes reports. And it processes all necessary financial and data reporting on funds and attendees. We bring computers on site to accommodate those attendees who register at the last minute.

Exhibitor Trade Show
If managing an event is like running a three-ring circus, MAKE IT HAPPEN, LLC is an accomplished ringmaster. We work with decorators to design an optimal floor plan and then make sure the plan is properly executed. We process exhibitor registration, fees and inquiries. And we work closely with drayage companies to confirm that moving dates are set up in a timely fashion.-If requested, through our vendor relationships, we may also set up a virtual online exhibit floor so attendees can access the Internet and identify the locations of all the exhibitors they plan to visit, allowing them to manage their time at the show more efficiently.
